- This Prize Promotion Notice summarizes the details of the JONAS BROTHERSNEW YORK CITY POP-UP GIVEAWAY in-store contest being run by LIVE NATION MERCHANDISE, INC.(“Our”, "Us" and "We").

- To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
- resident in the United States;
- able to comply with these terms; and
- 18 years or older.
- To enter the Prize Promotion, you must appear at the store and fill out your name, e-mail address, and phone number on the dedicated entry ticket provided by Us.
- The Prize Promotion will commence on Thursday, August 29th, 2019at11 AM EDTand end on Saturday, August 31st, 2019 at3 PM EDT.

- Prize Promotion winners ("Winner") will be selected randomly. If you are a Winner of the Thursday, August 29, 2019, Prizes, you will be notified on Thursday, August 29th, 2019 between 7:00 PM EDT and 8:00 PM EDT. If you are a Winner of the Friday, August 30, 2019, Prizes, you will be notified onFriday, August 30th, 2019between 7:00 PM EDT and 8:00 PM EDT. If you are a Winner of the Saturday, August 31, 2019, Prizes, you will be notified on Saturday, August 31st, 2019 between 3:00 PM EDT and 4:00 PM EDT.All Winners will be notified by E-mail, phone, or bothand advised on how to collect the Prize. All contact information for Winner must be clearly legible. Please note that if you do not respond within 2 hourswe reserve the right to select a different Winner.
- All Winners may pick up their respective Prize from the Pop-Up shop or opt to have their Prize mailed to them, in which case a mailing address will need to be provided by the Winner. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
